Book and Play at Gramacho Golf Course in Portugal
After his success in designing the Vale de Pinta course, Ronald Fream teamed up with former world number one Nick Price to create Gramacho’s unique design. With 18 holes and 27 greens, plus many different starting points, players can enjoy the same course many times, but still with slightly different challenges.
Having hosted the Portuguese Ladies Open several times, Pestana Gramacho is recognized as a championship course that is enjoyable and playable even by those with a higher handicap.
In addition to the fantastic design of golf, Ronald and Nick have successfully integrated the traditional landscape using natural stone outcrops, historic dry stone walls and existing ancient trees with artfully carved lakes and bunkers. The effect is a wonderful trip through the countryside.
