- Hazards : Bunkers 73, lakes 4, extensive palm trees surroundings, along sandy beach for 3 holes, Scottish links style golf.
- Signature holes : 14th hole By 4 with the seawater along the left side and a waste bunker on the right side guarding it.
- Tees & Fairways : Paspalum grass.
- Greens : Penn cross grass.
