GOLF GRAMACHO
Gramacho golf course near Carvoeiro in the Algarve was originally a nine-hole course that was expanded and intelligently reworked to become an interesting 18-hole course in its own right. A formidable challenge for its designer! The course covers hilly terrain with scattered olive, almond and carob trees as planted years ago by local farmers. The Gramacho course is designed to make the player technically precise and know which club to choose before hitting the ball. Nothing less will quickly increase his score.
VALE DA PINTA GOLF Race
Vale da Pinta Golf Course is located on the outskirts of the village of Carvoeiro. The course is well laid out and constitutes an interesting and challenging course to play. Located in a true Algarve landscape with almond trees, olive trees and carob trees decorating the fairways that roll through small valleys and hills. Some of the olive trees are reputed to be in the 1500 year old area.
Two holes that deserve a special mention are the 3 tenth and the 5 th thirteenth. The first has a large bunker defending the green against your shot, the last, runs along a valley for about 541 meters.
SILVES GOLF Course
Located near the quiet historic town of Silves, this land is anything but tranquil!
Low handicap players will find that finishing the game below the par will be a challenge. Those who have higher handicaps with relaxation and especially concentration can also benefit from the terrain especially through contact with nature.
Most of the holes have spectacular mountain views and a very popular natural and rural environment. The design of the fairways between the citrus plantations gives the land a very regional character.
