Presentation of the FTG

The Tunisian Golf Federation, hereinafter referred to as the “Federation”, is a sports association governed by Organic Law No. 59/154 of 7 November 1959 on associations, by Organic Law No. 95/11 of 6 February 1995 on sports structures, By Act No. 94/104 of 03 August 1994 on the organisation and promotion of physical education and sports activities and the present statutes and the rules of procedure of the Federation, and by Presidential Decree No. 66 of 14 July 2011.
Federal Office assignments:
The Federal Office has the responsibility for the sports, administrative and financial management of the Federation.
In particular, it has the task of:
• Develop and propose amendments and amendments to the regulations.
• Ensure compliance with the statutes, regulations and the athlete’s charter.
• Register club affiliations and resignations.
• Suspend clubs or affiliated members, until the general meeting is held, in accordance with disciplinary provisions.
• Take any general action for the good running of the golf course.
