Lip:
- Border between the ground and the cut installed in the hole.

Lie: The way the ball lies on the ground.

Lob: Golf shot producing a very high ball, and rolling shortly after contact with the ground.
Lob Wedge: Golf club for making the lobed shot or lobed shot, identified by the letter “L”.
Loft: Angle of opening of the club face. The smaller the number of a club, the less important the loft is.
